Well having recently moved to Horsham and spent hours rambling here, there and everywhere, it would be nice to make some friends.  Now there's the crunch - how!!!  Being in my 50s isn't the greatest age as everything seems to be geared for the young.  I don't do nightclubs, drink alcohol, dicky hips prevents dancing the night away so something a little more sedate please!

Are there any 'social clubs' as such or whatever out there where I'd fit in???  I know it would be great to sign up for some evening classes but as I'm still searching for permanent work, money is rather tight at the moment so can't afford that option.  I'd be interested in any suggestions please

Hi AmberLeaf

Welcome to Horsham

One of the members on this forum runs a dining club for the over 35's. I don't know if this would be of interest to you but it might be worth you contacting her for more information:

Otherwise this site is still relatively new. Hopefully as is continues to grow you may make some friends through here.
