Southwater Fireworks Extravaganza - Saturday 8th November 2008

Southwater Infant and Junior School field, Worthing Road.

Gates open 5:15pm, Guy Judging 6:00pm,
Quiet Display 6:15pm, Grand Prize Draw 6:45pm, Main Display 7:00pm.

Tickets:

Adult £4.00 (£3.00 in advance), School aged children £1, Pre-school children Free.

Tickets are available on the night at the Junior or Infant School Gates or in advance from Bearing Gifts in Lintot Square, and via the schools w/c 3rd November.

Attractions:

A quiet and main firework display. Grand Prize Draw. Funfair. Beer Tent. Guy Competition. Light ropes. Hot food and soft drinks etc.


Parking:

If you live in the village you are advised to walk if possible. If you are travelling from outside Southwater, there is public parking available in Lintot Square in the centre of Southwater, which is only a 2 minute walk from the Infant School gate.


This event can not happen with the help of many volunteers this is a list of help which is really needed.

If you can assist in any way, please contact Jenny Myers via any of the Schools.

Friday 7th from 5pm (till done) moving picnic tables
Saturday 8th Anytime from 9am. Placing barriers etc.
Saturday Afternoon until 3:30pm putting up signs
Saturday 8th 4:15pm - 8pm Marshalling
Saturday 9th from 9am Moving barriers clearing up etc.
