| This 'agency' no good whatsoever, both me and someone else registered and no work was ever offered being constantly told they had nothing in at the moment. Despite frequent phone calls and visits they never had anything to offer me. Considering I am a skilled audio typist of many years and medical secretary this amazes me she couldn't find me anything at all in the 2 years now since I registered. I'm utterly amazed she's still in business. I registered with her in 2006 and my friend at the beginning of this year. They're useless. As for talking about the professional team etc. Theres just two of them !!! the woman who owns the business and one other and he's hopeless too - all the promises of 'getting back to you' and 'I'll give you a ring back later today - all just hot air. They never ring you back, and when you go in never remember who you are or whether you're registered with them!!! If this is an example of 20 years in the business well all I can say is they haven't learnt much. I cannot understand how on earth she manages to stay in business. I definitely wouldn't recommend her at all. You need to see her 'Registration Form' for a start - this she will email to you but any experienced typist/secretary will see that it has been typed by someone who doesn't know much about computers.

| My name is Traci Thorne and im replying in response to the mail that the so called "ivyleaf left about my business. Just to get some things straight 1. I do not do "Medical" or "Audio" I do Permanent sales only. 2. I only see people by apppointment only. therefore you have not been in to see me. 3 There are not two people in here and you clearly have not been to see me otherwise you would know how many there were! Infact you cannot just get in to see me as you have to now go through a secure reception area first! 4 There have been no leafets posted to any one at all only an ad placed on the back of the local paper noting a new address. 4. I have not registered a medical secretary or audio in years! 5 I am a small company that does not deserve this kind of abuse and quite frankly you do not deserve to get a job with the attitude you have! You seem not fit to put your name and number on your complaint. I wonder why? By printing this rubbish and lies willl not do any damage to my business whatso ever. We only place professional people which is why you dont have a job! perhaps you would like to put your name next time. Thank you for the people who kindly let me know this trash was put on this forum. And many thanks to everone who has supported us here. Traci x

I may have been a little carried away in my previous (quite rightly deleted looking back on it) post but I can assure you I DID get a leaflet about thorne employment through my door... you can't change facts by denying them...
