Clearly with average an attendance of over 500, car parking will be a major issue with just 168 spaces on site. Add to this the noise, safety and impact all these cars will have on the local area, and the environmental issue, bearing in mind the District Council policy on pollution is very celar, this application must be stopped. Look at the HDC Planning Core Policy for guidance before you write and object.

It's worse than you think. The average attendance this season was over 600 and there are only extra 102 parking spaces (the other 66 are existing spaces used by the Holbrook Club - and they are not enough)
