Having some time out with a skilled professional counsellor or psychotherapist can help to acquire  some prospective, clarity about our choices and the challenges we can face in our lives and relationships.

All counsellors working from Being Centre are highly trained members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) the recognised body for the profession.  And all are committed to providing a safe confidential counselling space for all who attend the Centre.
