I think this is the first time Heron Way school has put on a fireworks display.

It is being run by a professional company.

Details:  Heron Way School , Heron Way , Horsham.

Gates Open: 4.45pm , Fireworks Start 6.15pm.

Tickets: Adults £3.50 , Children £2.50.

You can pay on the gate.

I managed to get along to this on Saturday, and must say I was very impressed, especially as it was the first attempt.

The evening had a Halloween theme, with the children attending encouraged to dress up in their scary costumes. There was a pumpkin competition - with excellent entries, face painting and other activities to keep the children amused.  There was a beer tent and BBQ for the adults.

I believe the fireworks were organised through the same company that does the Southwater display – and it was a very good display, well worth the entry fee.

Roll on next year.
