| Horsham Photo Centre has sadly closed marking the demise of a second independent photo shop in short succession. Not sure if the reason is personal or financial but it is sad to see an 'independent' go from the high street again. Burger King has also closed. Being a franchise this is also a personal loss to the owner, not at the cost of an international chain

Its been a bad week for Horsham town centre businesses all round. In addition to those that you have mentioned we have also lost Candy Box and Pass It On has announced it is closing shortly. Candy Box was a real shame, since Martins closed I have bought my daily paper there as it was the only independent newsagent right in the centre of town.

| Well, well well... According to the general consent of Horsham`s public, Horsham prides itself to have a fantastic variety of independent traders and shops. Looking closely at the situation in hand, who actually uses the independent shops. More and more are closing down since the prices for leasing property are being raised by the big conglomerates. Horsham is slowly falling into the trap of looking like all the other towns. Something needs to be done soon to reverse the trend!!!

There is a sign up in the Photo Centre saying that uncollected photos are available for collection from Toymaster, next door

Thanks for that M. There have been a lot of searches this week for information about the Horsham Photo Centre. It's good to know that people can still collect their photos. Ps contact details for Toymaster can be found on the Visit Horsham website:
