I had a takeaway from there a couple of weeks back and the food and service was excellent...they even walked me to the door with my takeaway bag! Nothing beats the old 'Capital' Chinese next to it though, been going there since we moved here 13 or so years ago and there's never been a bad meal!...Shame they're closed Xmas day i guess :-(

Hi There!!!

I highly rate this Restaurant if for nothing else but its absolutely superb and friendly Service!!!But the Food is also outstanding.You might find it slightly more expensive than other Indian Reataurants but it is definately worth it!The Interior design is very modern and its elegant Lighting gives it a nice feel.My wife and I have been several times as well as with friends and I can't fault it!!!!

Try it for yourselfs I am sure you will not bedisapointed!

Yes tables are too close. Also too small when there's just 2 of you: you need to keep moving things around to make space for food, wine, napkins, glasses etc.

I tried the new Indian restaurant recently. The food was excellent, but some of the tables seemed a bit too close.

I went last night with Mrs DotNetWebs, by pure coincidence we were seated next to two of our neighbours.

We all had a good time. The food and service were excellent.

A big thanks to Jay Choudhury and his team for bringing a much needed restaurant to Southwater.:)

The new restaurant is owned by one of my mum's friends. She went there a few weekends ago and said the food was absolutly brilliant. I haven't been yet, but sure want to go.

We are thinking of trying out the new Indian Restaurant in Southwater this weekend.

Has any body tried it yet? If you have could you give us your thoughts. As well as what the food is like we would like to know if it is no smoking throughout.
