We received an email via work today (HDC) that the Post Office will be back up and running next Monday.

Yep, I bought my tax on-line a few weeks ago and it was so easy and hassle free. However, making it too easy is only going to put more and more small village POs out of business :ermm:

I haven't tried it since the move. I was referring to the old post office.

In fact, thinking about it, it would have been a few years since I last taxed my car in a post office at all. I always do it online now and would highly recommend this method. It beats queuing up! :)

Maybe I was just unlucky but on more than one occasion I was told by the Southwater Post Office Staff that they could not renew my car tax.

before the P/O moved to the square i taxed my car for many years there. did this change after they moved ?
