If this application is approved there is nothing to stop this level of usage whether for football matches or other commercial purposes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This application is not about now, its about the future and Horsham FC fans deserve better than Holbrook can deliver. Given its position smack amongst dense resdiential it potentially has more constraints than even the Atspeed.
