My wife works from 8:30am to 5pm everyday in an office in Broadlands Business Campus (on Langhurstwood Road). As we plan to move to Horsham, we are seriously considering any recommendations regarding this. We are looking to affordable daycare but good care and also close to Horsham station. Our child is only 3 years and 2 months old and she has already been taken to preschool and childminded in Southampton for few weeks.

Your advices or recommendations would be highly valuable. Thanks.....

sonirish

Heron Nursery Closing Down.

My child goes to Heron Nursery and we have just had a letter advising that it will be closing down in September as the owner is retiring , so thats going to give a few children suddenly looking for another Nursery.

Mum to be in the Horsham area

Hello

Expecting my first baby soon. This of course has opened up a whole new world to us. Over the last few months we have met other prospective parents and many helpful professional people involved with ante-natal etc. This has prompted me to add a new section to the forum dedicated to this subject.

So welcome to the Horsham Parents forum!

Mothercare to be replaced by a pound shop?

According to this week's County Times Mothercare in West Street is closing for good in March. It looks like the most likely candidate to replace it is a Poundland.

As I mentioned in the Horsham Park Hotel thread. Something desperately needs to be done to boost the economy of our town. I think this gives weight to the argument for a new, quality, town centre hotel - wherever it may be built.
