A strong Horsham economy ultimately benefits everybody in the area (admittedly some more than others). Equally a weak Horsham economy can have negative repercussions for everybody too.

RE: New Horsham Town Centre Hotel Plan

suits me the way things are, I'm not a fan of business men either (no offence to anyone here)

RE: New Horsham Town Centre Hotel Plan
Shadow Wolf (22/04/2008)
why is it long overdue? Each time I have had to place people outside Horsham due to lack of accommodation in Horsham.

The lack of Hotel accommodation in Horsham is not good for our local economy and contributes to many of our 'local' business closing. It also makes Horsham less attractive to businesses which is why we have currently have so much office space empty, again having consequences for the Horsham economy.

RE: New Horsham Town Centre Hotel Plan

I think this type of hotel is more likely to attract business users who need direct access to the town centre rather than having to come from the Station.

The town does need an alternative to the station hotel to bring in a bit of competition.

RE: New Horsham Town Centre Hotel Plan

why is it long overdue?
