I got mine from Waterstones (when it was either Ottakar’s or Hammicks) It’s only a small book and they had them beside the till trying to prompt ‘impulse’ sales (which obviously worked on me!).&lt;BR&gt;   &lt;BR&gt;You can also get it on Amazon. They are out of stock of new ones at the moment but  they are showing used ones at just 1p! Several different companies each operate a 'tour' every evening. Mrs DNW persuaded me to go on with her and I found it very entertaining.
