Some areas are even higher resolution than Horsham. Take a look at Brighton Pier for example.

The pictures used are actually low level photographs taken from an aircraft for the millennium map. As such some areas are a bit out of date but it is still a great reference tool.

For developers it offers a great interface and we eventually hope to add precise map data for the majority of Horsham business and locations.

For example click on the map icon on this page:

Horsham Carfax

On first use the map can be a little slow to load but you should eventually see a map with a pin precisely on top of the Carfax bandstand. 'mousing over' the pin should reveal a pop-up with the Carfax database entry.

We can do the same for participating businesses to as in this example:

Wakefield Jewellers

(in this case the map shown is a street map but a switch to the Aerial view will pinpoint the store.

One slight problem I am working on is that the pins will not show using Firefox 2.) but I know what I need to do to fix it. It will be done as soon as I have time.
