There is another article about this in the County Times this week. Apparently the new head is Ms Siobhan Denning. The school also apologises for the confusion

It would seem that Mrs Godly has not been appointed to head teacher, an external applicant has been recruited. More news when I have it

Although the interviews are only just taking place the sign outside proclaims Mrs J Godly (the current acting head teacher) as the new head teacher. See report in the WSCT
