Weekend / school holiday jobs

Does anyone know of any shops, etc in the Horsham area that take on school age teenagers under the age of 16 for weekend work?

My eldest lad has just turned 15 and we've tried applying to all the large retail shops and supermakets, but the minimum age appears to be 16 :ermm:
