Our head office is in Rugby, UK, but we currently also have offices in Bristol, London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Northern Ireland and, of course, West Sussex.

Through facilitating the setting up of circles of support we have provided support for many hundreds of disabled people in the UK. All of our work is based around the Values of Inclusion. In all of our forms of support, we make use of person centred planning, so ensuring that the focus person is in control of every aspect of the planning of their lives.

Our range of services and training is extensive, and we also offer custom designed courses to fill all your training requirements.

Our projects run in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, working directly with disabled people, people with learning difficulties and others who are at risk of exclusion or social isolation.

West Sussex Circles Project

We are working in West Sussex to support people who have learning difficulties to develop circles of support, use direct payments, have person centred plans, develop confidence and fulfilling lives and working towards building an inclusive community.

A circle of support is a group of people who care about the person the circle is for. The circle meet and support the person in improving their lives and achieving the things they want to do.

The project supports people to access and use direct payments. The project has been working closely with the West Sussex Direct Payment Scheme to find flexible ways to enable people to access direct payments.

We are also organising a massive festival in Horsham: http://www.horshamforum.co m/Topic495-23-1.aspx
