yes there is a way of checking if someone is accredited, Go to govt website here, https://www.hcrregister.com/FindAssessorInspector and type in My official accreditation number which is NHER002816 or type in RH12 the postcode field.
I also carry id and qualification proof too. Thanks. As things stand the epc certificate i can issue is valid for 10 years if not used for marketing your home, If it is to be marketed in the future then a new one will have to be issued along with a hip pack if your property requires one by law. The good news is i will issue a new one almost free of charge apart from lodgement fee's around £10. Thus saving you pounds. Thanks.

Can't seem to find special offers section, I'll list charges anyway, 1-2 beds £100 3 beds and above £130, Govt figures say homes across the uk through poor efficiency add up to almost 30% of the total co2 harmful polluting gases in this country, And we have the worst insulated and some of the worst performing homes in Europe, That's much worse than all pollution from the vehicles on our roads. If anyone's curious about there homes impact on the enviroment then why not take a survey and get in touch, Thanks for reading.

Come to think of it, If anyone wants a energy survey done out of curiosity get in touch, you'll get a unbiased survey carried out and with no hidden agenda, Unlike some energy companies who try to flog you a new boiler or double glazing.

Thank you for replying, It should be noted that it is estimated that all properties from studio flats to country estates, will require an epc certificate by law when marketed for sale , Govt estimates reckon by the end of this year, The rental market and commercial properties to follow 2008, Nice forum, very informative .
