Afternoon all. My wife, daughter and I moved to Southwater about 4 months ago and love it!  Apart from the expensive hairdressers in the square, i assume the nearest barbers would be in Horsham? I have been to the one at the train station and it was rubbish and wondered where some others were.

There are two at the back of Piries Place, near Waitrose. Mancut is the higher class but both do 'bread & butter' haircus at reasonable prices £7-9. The other one used to open at 07:00 but that doesn't happen at the moment

Hello Treetops Thank you for registering and welcome to the forums. I would highly recommend the one M referred to as Mancut. It is not actually called that any more as I think they had some sort of issue with using that name. It is now simply called 'The Barbers' I haven't got much hair but what I have grows really quickly! I have been going to 'The Barbers' (Mancut) every 3 weeks or so since it opened round nine years ago. It is run by an Irish family. Prior to setting up on their own they worked for Leigh's another decent barbers in Crawley. As M says next door is another barbers. I haven't tried it but I believe it is slightly cheaper.
