One of the highest expenditures Leaders makes is in marketing property to reliable tenants. Over the last year that expenditure has increased by 25% to support a 15% increase in the number of Leaders’ branches across Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey... so far this year.

Leaders only employs exceptional people! Not only is there a formal induction process for all new staff, but we invest in all our staff, managers and directors with on-going training which last year saw that investment reach six figures.

In a typical year our fleet of courtesy cars will show over 100,000 prospective tenants new properties and cover 300,000 miles in the process.

Leaders is one of the few letting agents who employ their own Property Managers and Property Inspectors to look after our landlords' interests.
