Just wandering if anyone else here has gone to see the xmas lights on all the houses in the Roffey area? I can't remember the name of the close, but they really put on a mesmerising show, and in aid of a worthwile cause - St Catherine's Hospice. I'll try and get some pics here in the next few days.

I notice also a very high percentage of houses in Roffey area are lit up this year.

If its the close I am thinking of I saw their lights a couple of years ago, very impressive!

Some pictures would be good Brian, perhaps we could have a Christmas Lights competition. Its probably too late for this year but next year. assuming we have lots more members, Dot Net Webs could donate some money to the charity of choice for the best lights etc..

hey guys,

the close you are referring to is Petworth Close off Lemmington Way. It is just behind where i live, and i visit it each year. the light display is very original, and not tacky like some displays you see.

Thanks for the pictures Brian

Very impressive, I will take a drive around there when I get a chance. I bet they get a lot of sightseers.

They do indeed, and it is intentional. Make sure you take a little loose change with you, as a donation to St Catherine's Hospice is encouraged.

I will indeed.

I hope they don't switch them off too early because I won't be able to go around there until the 2nd or 3rd.
